Bringing over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and innovation ecosystem, Éric has held key positions at Sanofi-Synthé labo, Genopole, and FabLife. He earned a PhD from the CNRS and an MBA from KEDGE Business School (Marseille). He has actively contributed to the creation and development of several healthcare start-ups.
With over 10 years of experience in microrobotics applied to reproductive medicine, Edison combines advanced engineering skills with a strong focus on healthcare innovation. Awarded the Best Robotics Thesis in France in 2020, he is a trained mechatronics engineer and reproductive biology. He also holds a business education from INSEAD and HEC.
With over 10 years of experience applying biophysics to healthcare, Florian has developed strong expertise at the intersection of physics, biology, and medicine. He holds a PhD in Physics from Sorbonne University, with several scientific publications, for instance in Nature, and has contributed to several transfer projects focused on innovative therapeutic technologies.
With over 13 years of experience in microfluidics for the manipulation of living cells, Reza brings deep expertise in the design and integration of microsystems for biological applications. He holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from ESPCI Paris and is the author of 12peer-reviewed publications and co-inventor on 3 patents. His work has been recognised with the i-PhD Award (2022)
Engineer from Junia Ingénieurs – ISEN Lille, Noémie joined us as a Software Research Engineer. Prior to that, she gained hands-on experience in robotics software development through R&D roles at Osiris Agriculture and SolarCleano, where she contributed to the design and implementation of autonomous robotic systems.
With over 5 years of experience in robotic automation and AI systems, he specializes in computer vision and deep learning applied to robotic platforms. He brings expertise in AI integration into software pipelines. His previous experiences includes reinforcement learning on soft-body manipulation with Omron Sinic X in Japan as well as autonomous mobile robots through the "Horizon" European initiative with SolarCleano.

Rachel is Professor of Biology and Reproductive Medicine at Sorbonne University (PU) and Hospital Practitioner (PH) at AP-HP. She us the Head of the ART Tenon Center and the Medical Director of the BioGeMH Medical-University Department. She serves as Research Director at INSERM UMRS938. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the French Biomedicine Agency and Vice-President of BLEFCO (Society of Biologists of Fertility and Egg Conservation Laboratories). She also co-found AliFert, and co-directs the University Diploma (DU) in Reproductive Biology and Medicine at Sorbonne University.
Xavier is a medical doctor and biologist who heads the Nataliance ART Center and serves as Scientific Director for fertility at the M-Lab consortium. His main clinical focus is culture failure and poor blastulation, while his laboratory research aims to improve IVF culture conditions. An expert in ART lab design, he audits for COFRAC, contributes to national IVF guidelines, and supports innovation in AI, microfluidics, and fertility preservation. He has overseen numerous IVF labinstallations and advises start-ups such as ImVitro and Beez Biotech. He is active in international societies including Alpha and ESHRE.
Charlotte, a pharmacist-biologist by training, is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health, Sorbonne University (MC), and a Hospital Practitioner (PH) specializing in Reproductive Biology at AP-HP. She leads the CECOS Functional Unit within the Reproductive Biology Department at Tenon Hospital (Paris). She holds a Habilitation to Supervise Research (HDR), the highest academic qualification in the French university system, and serves as Research Director at INSERM UMRS938. Charlotte is also the co-founder of AliFert and co-directs the University Diploma (DU) in Reproductive Biology and Medicine at Sorbonne University.
Alison is Chief Scientific Officer of Care Fertility Group, which operates IVF laboratories across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and the US. A Consultant Embryologist, Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists, and Vice President of Alpha Scientists, she has published extensively and driven major innovations in clinical embryology. Alison and her team designed and developed an award-winning AI solution for assessing embryos and predicting birth. For over 30 years, Alison has actively shared her expertise worldwide through international lectures and participation on selected advisory boards, helping to shape clinical and scientific standards across the field.
Yannick is a scientist by training and a senior embryologist with extensive international expertise in assisted reproductive technologies (ART). A former IVF laboratory director, he spent several years within the Merck Group, first as Senior Embryologist and later as Manager in Fertility Technologies, contributing to the deployment of innovative solutions across IVF centres worldwide. He is now Founder & CEO of Caring IVF and advises MedTech companies, bridging scientific excellence, industrial development, and the practical realities of embryology laboratories to accelerate the adoption of impactful reproductive technologies.
Alpesh is a world-renowned Clinical Embryologist and co-founder of IVF London, one of the leading IVF clinics in the city. He previously served as Director of Embryology at the Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health and honorary consultant at UCLH NHS Trust. A Diplomate of the Royal College of Pathologists and ESHRE-certified Senior Embryologist, he pioneered the introduction of egg and embryo vitrification in the UK and is a leading expert in embryo biopsy for genetic testing. Alpesh also co-founded the Embryology and PGD Academy and contributes to global innovation through publications and international committees.
Sinan is Professor of Robotics at Sorbonne University and leads the Multi-Scale Interaction Team at ISIR. He holds the Habilitation to Supervise Research (HDR) and has been a prominent figure in microrobotics since 1999, with expertise in physical interactions, user interfaces for cellular characterization and manipulation. He is co-inventor on 11 patents and author of over 140 scientific publications, including more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles. His work has earned several best paper awards, including MARSS 2023 and IROS 2019. He also serves as scientific advisor to Percipio and Robeauté.
